Ceiriog Valley Garden Society Visit – 9 July 2019

We were delighted to welcome members of the Ceiriog Valley Garden Society to the Garden this afternoon.

They were welcomed by Libby who set the scene by giving a brief overview of the Erlas estate and garden through the last 300 years, as well as the history of the Erlas Victorian Walled Garden charity and its achievements over the last 15 years.

The tour rounded off with tea and cake in the roundhouse.

The garden is open weekdays for the sale of plants and seasonal vegetables from 11:00  – 14:30.

Please contact us if you would like to organise a group visit.

A walk around the garden took in
the fragrant and colourful Sweet Peas.

The pond seemed to hold everyone’s attention
as did the courgettes growing in a no dig plot.
